I pursue a "healthy athletic performance" by giving my all on the court and also in the classroom. Once I hit the floor whatever happen earlier that day doesn't matter. In order to be the best I have to push myself and work hard at everything that I do. This also coincides with school, in order for me to get good grades I need to push myself. If I don't give my all in the classroom then I won't be able to play sports. The harder I push myself in the classroom and on the court the better results I will get.

I am very involved in my community, too. I was a former volunteer volleyball coach at St. Agnes Catholic school. I also help kids in my community at the park on the weekends with their basketball skills. These efforts are important to me because helping these kids gives them the ability to interact with others and get better at basketball. Also, in Junior High, I helped coach kids in the Itty Bitty basketball league at the Litchfield Park Recreation Center. I love being able to help young athletes improve their basketball skills and accomlish their goals. I enjoy being able to teach kids how to work with others and to also succeed and have fun.
